What we would genuinely like to hear

Corrections. This site publishes a lot of arithmetic, and arithmetic can be wrong. If a figure does not check out, tell us which page and which number. We respond within five business days, and where you are right the page is corrected with a dated note rather than silently edited.

A specification we could not find. Several product cards here say a maker publishes no weight. If you have found one on a page we missed, send the link - a real published figure always beats a derived one.

Something we should cover. Particularly a question you searched for and could not get a straight answer to.

A claim we have broken. The editorial policy lists in public every claim we have banned ourselves from making. If one has crept onto a page, that is an error worth reporting.

What we cannot help with

Orders and returns. We are a publisher, not a retailer. We sell nothing and ship nothing - if you bought through a link here, the retailer handles it, and their customer service will be far faster than us.

Paid placement. We do not accept it, at any price, and a pitch will get a short reply. Why.

Product samples. We do not test, so a sample would sit in a cupboard being a conflict of interest.
